LPG TANKS
Built in accordance with the LPG Regulation for fixed tanks and with European Directive 97/23/EC.
All models have the EC mark.
Permanent stocks of basic models in 1,200, 1,500 and 1,750 mm diameters.

OPTIONS
Models: The catalogue presents the range of models that cover capacities from 2 m3 to 300 m3.
Special models: There is also a range of tanks with special measurements, (example on page 8).
Please consult us for any other special model or different version to those in the catalogue.
Centred outlets: All of the models can be supplied with the "centred outlet" option when there are problems with installation distances.
Inert atmosphere: The tank can be supplied with the valve equipment mounted (and tightness test) and with the inside air replaced with inert gas.

FINISHES
Standard finish: The standard finish of the exterior surface is highly effective in terms of its resistance to corrosion. After an initial process of automatic shotblasting, a primer coat is applied and then the tank is treated with a white or black topcoat, depending on whether the tank is to be installed above or below ground. The topcoat is in polyurethane. In the case of tanks with capacities over 60 m3 or a diameter of more than 2,450 mm the standard finish is the primer coat only.

PROTECTION
Cathodic protection: Cathodic protection equipment can be supplied for buried tanks to achieve the level of protection established in the regulations for the installation of LPG tanks. This protection comprises sacrifice anodes and connecting cables with terminals.

VALVES
Valve equipment: Details of the valve equipment to be installed in each of the tanks, including the most common makes, are given in the catalogue.
Supply: In tanks with capacities of up to 20m3, the valve equipment specified in the catalogue is included.
Valve equipment for capacities greater than 20 m3 is indicated in the catalogue and, in this case, a separate order must be placed for it.
Mounted valves: The valve equipment is generally supplied dismounted, in a separate package.
At the express request of customers, the tank can be supplied with the valves mounted. This process includes the tightness test and interior inert atmosphere.

TABLES
Natural vaporization: Tables to quickly determine a tank's natural vaporization capacity. They include all standard models up to a volume of 60 m3.
Maximum filling: There is also a table with the heights of the liquefied gas at 85% capacity. This data is of great use.

TOLERANCES
The following tolerances above or below the measurements and data referring to the tanks in this catalogue have been applied:
In total length: 1%. Distances between support axes: 10 mm. Distance between holes in the same support: 5 mm. Rest of measurements, according to CODAP F1.5.
